You can convert across AVIF, WebP, JPEG XL (JXL), MozJPEG, PNG, and animated GIF, in either direction. HEIC/HEIF photos from iPhones are supported as input and convert to JPG by default (or any target you choose) — HEIC itself is decode-only.
